The challenge
A creative studio specialized in high-end audiovisual content needed a digital presence and internal operations worthy of its product: website, client management and processes, all from scratch.
The solution
I designed and built strobevision.es and set up the studio's operating ecosystem on Notion, with a CRM and automations. As Digital & Growth Director I lead the entire technology line: website, internal tools, AI and growth.
The studio runs on a digital infrastructure typical of much larger companies, and I act as its go-to technology partner in its client proposals.
